Our valuations are based upon considerable local experience and in-depth knowledge of the residential market. When valuing your property, we will always take full details, together with preliminary room measurements, so that we can accurately compare against other properties which have recently been sold or are currently on the market. We can also advise on any improvements which we feel may enhance the presentation of your property to achieve the best price.
PROFESSIONALLY PRINTED COLOUR BROCHURES
Upon being instructed we will arrange for digital colour photographs to be taken, together with a floor plan if appropriate, to present your home to its best advantage. A draft brochure will be sent to you for approval.
NEWSPAPER ADVERTISING
We advertise extensively in local newspapers.
MULTIPLE WEBSITE ADVERTISING
In addition to our own site, your property will be uploaded to several other websites including findaproperty.com, rightmove.co.uk, primelocation.com and vebra.co.uk. These sites are updated daily.
ACCOMPANIED VIEWINGS IF REQUIRED
We are always willing to accompany applicants when required and encourage Vendors to give us keys so that we can show the property when you are not available.
VENDOR FEEDBACK
The software we use ensures that all viewings and applicant feedback are recorded, together with details of any offers received, schedule of advertising and sales particulars mailed out. We will provide you with this information on a regular basis and it is available to you at any time during our office hours.
PERSONAL SERVICE
Although adopting modern technology we have not forgotten the value of personal service and indeed we are in regular contact with all prospective purchasers.
